My key fob had a button broke, which caused my car to go into anti theft mode. Brandon made me a new key and fob, and had my car good to go again in a short amount of time. Very polite and would recommend! Great pricing as well.

My key fob with the transponder and remote buttons fell out and was lost just prior to Thanksgiving, I asked ChatGPT for the best around my location and Von Essen was top recommended and I see why. I called on Friday and Brandon was amazing! Given a family emergency, we were still able to work out a time for him to drive an hour to get me rolling again! On top of that, it snowed while he was on his way! He replaced my keyfob remote, and made a second key on the spot. The prices were so reasonable, and definitely cheaper than a dealership. 10/10

I needed a spare key made for my vehicle. The dealership wanted to charge me $500. I was able to get a key for a fraction of that price and they fit me in quickly because I was from out of town. The guy clearly knows his stuff and is very friendly. The Honda dealership said I would need to have my car towed to them, this guy came to my house and programmed a new key fob for basically half of what the dealership was asking. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my key fob, cut a new physical key, and had the new fob programmed and working in under 10 minutes.
