I recently moved into a new house and immediately found the hot water heater was inoperable. I was nervous as I have 2 small children and the need for hot water is always essential. I called multiple places that were seriously looking to take advantage of my situation for their gain. The quotes I recieved were as frustrating as they were way over the top. I was extremely mad but then I found Vona. Upon speaking to John, I was assured I had the right team to help my family. I moved in on a Thursday and contacted them on Friday, by Sat they were they installing a new hot water heater. The team was absolutely amazing and got my family out of a jam when we needed it the most. They are my go-to from here on out. My family is grateful for their great service from the phone to the repair.

Over the weekend our kitchen sink was draining slowly and on Sunday, totally clogged up. We called Vona Plumbing first thing Monday morning and were told someone would be at the house, either late morning or afternoon. We hung up and within a half hour, Fred was at our door. He got right to work, snaked the line and solved the problem very quickly. Fred couldn't have been nicer!. He's very knowledgeable (has been doing this for a few years) and a pleasure to work with. Service the way it used to be!

Even though they had to cancel our appointment we rescheduled. Otto came and got the job done quickly to repair and replace a utility sink. Otto has done work at the house before and have been pleased with his friendliness and professionalism. Highly recommend!

We have been using Vona since we moved in 9 years ago (my parents recommended) Otto will come as quickly as possible (we had water in basement). He is so knowledgeable and can find issues quickly. We had to replace sump pump and he explained why our emergency pump didn't go on. He is dependable and we would trust him with any job, big or small!
