A part of owning a home is maintaining the HVAC, something I cannot do myself, so when my heat pump broke down I knew I needed a pro. My cousin recommended Vortex to the highest degree, so I reached out. I got an appointment same day! The technician got it up and running in under 2 hours! He was extremely efficient, showed up 5 minutes early, and did a fantastic job. Best HVAC company in Orem, period!
