Voyles Overhead Door

Thanks to Voyles for replacing a few panels on my garage. They are the only company that carry these panels. Bo was very responsive and gave me an amazing deal. Bo also knew what I needed before the technician, Stuart arrived. Stuart arrived 1 day after contacting. Stuart was on time and took about 45 mins to replace the panels. If you have a Lennar home, Voyles will be the company that carries everything specifically for your garage.Thanks again guys

I accidentally backed into my garage door and only needed one panel replaced. I initially contacted another company that quoted me an outrageous price to replace the entire garage door! Thankfully, I reached out to Voyles and was quickly connected with someone who gave me a fair and reasonable quote almost immediately. Within a week, the panel was replaced and my garage door looked as good as new. The service was friendly, prompt, and professional.

Don’t believe the Angie’s list reviews. These guys must install their garage doors blindfolded. Mine was installed and “programmed” but over-traveled to point of the carriage bar deflecting so much the chain would be fall into slack. I adjusted but the actuation but the door arm is still at a little too vertical causing some deflection and contacts part of the door bracing when opened. When the door is in the closed position it is out of vertical and to make this seal with the weatherstripping properly instead of fixing the door they just angled the weatherstripping. Just really poor work and they know they can get away with it because they are contracting for Dr Horton.

They stated the technician showed up at my house and that the issue wasn’t garage door was an interior door. He never showed up at my house like they said he did. My issue is clearly my garage door motor and not an interior door. I got a notice from my HOA because I don’t have my garbage pail or bikes in the garage because I can’t open my door since last week. Now they can’t come back until tomorrow when I am not available.

Bought a brand new house by this worst builder possible called McKinley Homes and garage door was out on by this Voyles garage doors. They messed up big time, garage door electrical connection was installed wrong and caught fire … luckily it stayed just in that electrical outlet… please save your time and money and stay away from these people.
