First time here. Getting loaded and headed to Monroe LA for Monday. This place is fast and efficient. I checked in and they started getting me loaded bout 10 minutes after I spotted my truck. This is a steel place, so have some wood on your truck before you come here. Wouldn't mind coming back. Place is spacious and yiu can get in and out of here pretty easily. 0600-1300 unloading…0700-1400 loading…the cutoff time for unloading should be stretched out to at least 1500 (3pm)…this is the only downside I can see.. Truck overnight parking on site…room for approximately 6-8…follow the signs for check in..everyone checks in at the same place then sent to where you’ll unload or load…NO HOLES in the floor of the trailer or you’ll be turned away…safety issue PPE required…plan accordingly Personally I’d run in and out of Vulcan every load…some of the best people you’ll ever deal with

Delivered slinkies here. The entrance was redone recently and it looks awesome. Guy at check in made it easy with very clear instructions. Took less than an hour for me to pull all my straps and get unloaded. Can't speak for those getting loaded, but I had a wonderful time here delivering.

I see all these bad reviews and they're all from truckers trying to pickup and/or deliver. Clearly they have signage issue. However from a customer standpoint these guys are great. Their prices aren't so good, but if you want quality, on-time delivery, and professional service, this is where to go. We like Vulcan. We've been sourcing from Vulcan for many DECADES and they've stepped up to the plate repeatedly. (One involuntary demerit point for no longer making J bolts.)

Guy at check in was great.. went to building 14 no communication except to wait in your truck. We got here at 12:30 and it is now 3:30 still not loaded. The guy in-front of us has been getting loaded the entire time. No restrooms for the truckers. Guys seem to mess around more than working on loading the trucks. If I was not getting a detention pay I would have left like i did in 2017. So nothing has changed since 2017 to 2025 and will not be coming back. It would be beneficial if they could get the trucks loaded by the time the next truck shows up for their appointment time. Also to have another area to have the tarps placed on the truck so you’re not waiting for the entire strap down and tarp process. Or have more loading docks and forklift drivers to have a smoother process..
