We’ve now entered Day 3 of no Wi-Fi available in the rooms. I use Marriott properties exclusively for my business travel and this makes it incredibly difficult. I should’ve stayed at the Fairmont across the street. I found a check in that the staff is not very knowledgeable about the property to begin with and then dismissive regarding the Wi-Fi issue. There are better properties in the immediate area than this one.
Incredible service, we felt so taken care of! Special shout out to Trinity, thank you for everything! Great location, helpful staff, so clean and welcoming. Would definitely recommend.

I have no idea what the W parking garage was like since it was full of visitors the entire time we stayed there and even though we had booked a room there was no parking for us
Handy for hotel. A little steep at $68 per day..
