I unfortunately locked myself out of my apartment and had to call a locksmith. I was extremely lucky to find Wesley at W2 Lock & Key on my first call. It was early morning but Wesley was quick to answer and was out within a half hour. Wesley unlocked my door in minutes. He was super friendly and I was immediately comfortable with him. After I paid him a very reasonable amount, he left. Within a half hour I locked myself out again!! Wesley returned quickly and opened the door. He didn’t feel right charging a second service call, and with me living on Social Security, that extreme customer service was very welcome. He even made me copies of my door key to eliminate this concern in the future. He was professional in all ways. I wholeheartedly recommend W2 Lock $ Key for any lock needs.

Excellent work showed up earlier than expected was cheaper than anybody else. Had my car running in no time at all would definitely recommend them.
