Walter took over a failed gut renovation in a luxury building and saved my family from an extremely difficult situation. First, W3Ms pricing is very fair, logical and transparent. He does not play games with change orders and low bids and his employees are all exceptional and have the highest ethical standards. He never missed a deadline, his attention to detail was critical, and he never has an ounce of attitude and communicates with regular weekly schedules. He essentially treated the project as though it was his own home and my family will never work with another GC other than Walter. We guarantee he is one of the best GCs in the NY region and emphatically pound the table to us
