Appointment for 12:10. I waited 45 minutes. Don’t expect them to keep your appointment time. Expect duplicate questions asked as those you fill out on line. Lots of “sorry “ but when I asked why it was late the best she could tell me was the time of day. Sorry without a concrete solution to change is just empty words. Words the big corporations expect us to just accept as they cut staff to increase profits. After the vaccine, I thought I would get a couple candy bars, but with three registers at the front of the store, there was no employee ti be found. I left the candy and walked out two minutes later. What a joke corporation.

Awesome experience here! I have picked up meds/prescription for my mom here for about 2 years now and recently switched dad to here too. Everything is going very smooth all the time. Staff is polite, honest and professional. We love it! My dad used to have CVS inside Target and it was such a Terrible experience there. Something is very fishy at that location. There is always so much trouble and complications picking up a prescription there. Pick up was always either delayed, postponed or denied and then they blamed the doctors and Medicare's approval/issues. They make me go through a whole process of calling everyone everywhere to solve their issues and then magically, everything's solved after I handled it. Photo department, such nice ladies helped me. Do you remember gilligans island? It was maryann and ginger! They are so sweet and respectful to seniors.
