⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a bit of a Christmas Eve emergency with a canvas photo and called the store right before they were closing for the holiday. I was lucky enough to speak with Jenn in the photo department. I cannot praise her enough! Even after what I’m sure was a grueling day of last-minute shoppers, she was incredibly patient, kind, and clear in helping me get my order sorted. She didn’t rush me at all and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Jenn, thank you for your help and your wonderful holiday spirit—you’re a lifesaver!

I would love to give zero stars. I was on hold with the pharmacy for 10 minutes, with a lady picking up and saying "hold" and slamming the phone down. I waited 5 more minutes, then they disconnected me. Ok, that can happen on accident. I called back. To be on hold another 10 minutes, then they freaking HUNG UP ON ME AGAIN! So I called the one in Fremont on Mowry. They were on the phone with me within ONE minute. And had my order switched in less than 20 sec. Very nice man helped me, I just wish I could remember his name. Will be contacting corporate. They may not care anymore than the Morgan Hill branch but they should know what their pharmacy techs are pulling.

Photo Department is dis-organized and not worth your time. I went to get a passport photo - they told me that the digital copies will be sent to my email. It has been a day and nothing. When I called them, they sounded clueless and still nothing.

I am quite upset with the pharmacist's handling of my medication situation. I finished my prescription on Monday and immediately submitted a refill request through my insurance. However, I was informed that my insurance will not cover it until February. This left me wondering what I am supposed to do in the meantime. The out-of-pocket price for the medication is $139, which is not affordable for me. A friend sent me an RX coupon, so I went in person to Walgreens to see if it could help reduce the cost. However, the pharmacist seemed visibly in a bad mood and told me I needed to submit another request. She added that even then, she didn’t know if the coupon would apply. When I asked if there were any other resources I could use—explaining that I had been out of medication for several days

If you’re in a time crunch DO NOT COME HERE. I came to pick up a prescription from the pharmacy and I waited an entire hour just to get it. A whole hour. Please do not come here if you don’t have time to kill because it was a horrible experience for me.
