Disappointing communication and customer service. I reached out 3 times to ask for a quote on a new AC system after they came out to diagnose my old one. They never got back to me. I finally told them if they didn’t want my business to please just let me know so I could look for another company. They responded with “ok” and then still never reached back out to me.

After getting several estimates from so called established companies that didn't seem to have much knowledge of heating and air conditioning I called Walker Fuels in Quakertown, Pa. I am extremely satisfied with the equipment and high degree of knowledge and expertise that their technicians have. Especially Ralph. They were timely, courtesy, professional, competitive, informative, and very trustworthy. I highly recommend them over anyone else if you want a company that truly cares about their customers. It is true that their customers are like family to them. They are #1. They are the Best.
