I called and spoke with Tim's wife. She was extremely nice and helpful. Tim called and he was supposed to call me because I had trees I wanted cut down. I didn't see or hear from him for over an hour, so I called Tim. He said he rode by and my lawn has too much sand. I asked him well I still wanted an estimate on trees to be cut down. So he came over and I showed him the trees. He gave me a quote via text and he never responded. Called him multiple times and left messages. No response, no text, no call back. After a week of this, it's time to cut them loose. Very unprofessional, doesn't keep their word, definitely be careful when using this company. I've had a horrible experience and will never use them. I just moved up here and wanted to keep the money in the community where I live beca

Awesome, reliable, honest company. The crew is very friendly and works quickly and effiently. If you want a licensed and insured company that takes pride in their work, I highly recommended them. The owner and his son are amazing and very professional.

When in a company vehicle, I would suggest that you keep the road intimidation to a minimum. Gunning the engine, high beams on blinding everyone and crossing over the highway lanes to get closer to the car you just accosted is not a great look for any company. Don't know if this was the owner, or a worker, either way, not a great action for any company. Especially in the time of social media.

Extremely unprofessional and very rude like to discuss politics and religion to much.

I see team focus and eyes for detail with consistency and consideration for placing the customer's desires second only to safety.
