We provided a mandatory deposit for a queen wallbed of $3700 back in May 2025 for installation date of September 2025. The date got moved to October and after multiple emails and calls the owner agreed to give the deposit back. By mid November 2025 the owner told us that he did not have the money and he was filing for bankruptcy. Based on recent reviews in 2026 and the fact the site is still on and running. We were lied to about the bankruptcy and so far we have not been able to find any information about it. Luckily we were able to get our money back thru our bank since we paid with CC. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They are taking money from new clients to support whatever financial hurdle the company is going thru.

I paid Wallbeds NW a deposit of $4000.00 in July 2025 for a large wall unit, with an installment date on Nov. 18,2025. A week before installment, I called to confirm and here's what I found out. It wouldn't be installed; it hadn't even been started, they were planning to turn the project over to some other people, with no information on who they were or when they could build it. At that point, I said just cancel it and give my my deposit back. The owner Jack said he couldn't give it to me because he didn't have the money anymore. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH WALLBEDS NORTHWEST. I don't have the money yet.

I had an excellent experience with Wallbeds Northwest. I had some consultations with big national closet chains selling melamine cookie cutter sets that would have their warranty voided if we painted them the color we wanted. Enter Wallbeds NW who offers solid wood construction, truly custom design, and color matched and painted FOR us for the same price as the big chains. Our sales contact Keith was very responsive throughout the process. There was a minor issue between the design and final product (because we had a non-standard design) but they quickly worked with us to correct it, which is a sign of a good business to me. Install team was courteous and knowledgeable. It’s my background now when I take video calls, and I keep getting compliments haha! Highly recommend this local company!

Great customer service from start to end. The sales person was very helpful by answering all my questions and customization (color, handle, extra height, crowns, etc). After installation, there were some minor issues, the installation guy came back and fixed each of them to my satisfaction. E.g. the original gap at the bottom was too wide, he fixed it. The panel didn’t close completely, he adjusted it. Local business, friendly team, shop is in Redmond, Highly Recommended.
