Needed repair on my garage after noticing spring was broken and door wouldn't lift on a weekend. I was scheduled right away for following Monday and couldn't be happier with the work done. Technician completed the work in short time, gave me pricing options for what he recommended and suggested other things I would need done that he noticed (none of it felt like he was digging for more money or taking advantage of the situation). My garage door opens nicely and quietly. Highly recommended services from this company and their professional staff.

Great service and pricing. Aaron was very friendly and super efficient. You could tell that he was experienced and knew what he was doing. Aaron answered all my questions and gave me recommendations that were not a “sales job” but showed a concern for what the customer really needed. My garage doors were both making noise when going up & down. I called Wallen for a checkup and to see if things could quiet down. They booked an appointment for the next morning. Aaron arrived promptly and immediately began working to analyze and was able to fix the problem. Aaron was very competent. He showed a thorough knowledge of the garage doors and openers and provided additional insight on how to get them he most out of the system.

Tech arrived on time, checked the job, we talked about what needed to be done, and he went to work. He finished in a very reasonable time. He even helped to reprogram our old remotes. He cleaned up and finished. Damn good job. Top Notch 5 Star job. Highly Recommended.
