Walmart

The cashier was amazing. So kind and patient. I wish I got her name. But the way I was treated from customer service was a different story. I asked the cashier for a hot and cold bag. She told me I had to get that from customer service. And that alone is so ridiculous. But she was going to leave her station to grab it for me. But she had to call someone to watch her register and I said no no I don't mind. I can grab it. So I run over to customer service to grab a hot and cold bag. I asked if I can bring it back to the register to pay with my groceries. She said umm no. You pay for that here. I said I'm checking out right now. I understand that's the rules and she's just doing her job. I said okay.. not sure what to do. The customer in line told me I can go first and pay for the bag. So mea

This is an absolutely wonderful place NOT TO SHOP AT!! Dec, 11, 2025, mid-afternoon. Stopped to buy 3 items kittly litter & 2 cans of Almond Roca, easy. Two registers open, employees all over the place doing nothing. I stood in line so long it was ridiulous, closed the line as I got to the register & motioned me to the next. A slob of a woman behind me with an overflowing cart pushed in front of me. I "patiently" waited a while longer & gave up, pushed my way out of the line, pushed my cart out into the isle & walked out. This is why we DO NOT SHOP AT Walmart. I knew better. They are trying to force people to use self-checkout. We do not use self-checkout, not for any reason. If you want me to use self-checkout you can give me a discount on my purchases! We went next door & bought our item

This store is amazing. The people who work there are not always on her shoulder trying to be "helpful". But let me shopping and only approached if they thought I needed help. I can appreciate that.

Store is always a little bit dirty. Lines are always backed up! No tap to pay. If its just a quick trip it's alright! All make up is locked up and it's hard to get employees in a timely fashion.

Ineficient curbside delivery, lost order. However, store clerk made up, very helpful and polite and really nice overall, walked me thru the store to find my product and took payment, apology, I don't have his name.....
