Walmart Supercenter

I was second in line at customer service, but the one woman handling returns had a guest returning several items… before I knew it, there were eight people in line! Enter: Sean! Like Superman who came over and helped restore order. Sean welcomed me with his beautiful blue eyes and shaky hands and helped me make a return without the receipt. He told me that I needed to leave… But once he noticed the tears in my eyes, he asked if I remembered the date of the purchase, which I did, and he was able to scan the barcode and track down the item. What a close call! Sean followed all the Walmart policies very adherently, and would not accept my passport picture on my phone… He handed me back my item and told me I needed to leave… Even though all I wanted was a simple exchange pop up but nothing

This Walmart store is smaller than the one I usually shop at, but they seemed to be well-stocked, organized and clean. The employees that we interacted with were friendly and helpful.

Shopping at a Walmart is already a negative dingy experience, but the stores don't even price match their own website. Digital tag in store is $10 higher for the item I was seeking. Customer service declined price match. So I had to order online and wait 3 hours to pick up curbside. Largest retailer in the world squeezing their customers for every dollar possible.

The management at this Westfield store is excellent. The main manager Ryan is always incredibly helpful and willing to go out of its way to help. Other coaches there, Sean and Trish are exceptional. We buy thousands of dollars of food and pet food each month and they handle all of it with great finesse and kindness.

Wild price gouging, sales and discounted produce and meat expiring today is hardly given any real value to push it onto plates. Kroger at least does a decent job motivating end of life items. Walmart has so many serious problems it is tragic. More employees here must claim government assistance and benefits for a corporate failure to properly compensate workers.
