Team coaches are not friendly. Waited over an hour at customer service desk due to an error the team lead made the prior day. Standing and in pain due to a mastectomy less than 3 days before. Was told I had to come in for the refund even though someone else made it. Absolutely terrible atmosphere when dealing with

Large store, with lots of merchandise. I was looking for some ear muffs and only saw 2 that were part of a set, like a gift set. Not my style. Clean, lots of friendly workers. Not too bad of a wait to check out. Self check out only had 2 out of 4 registers working out of each aisle. Will shop there again.

Bought a rotisserie chicken and took it home. After my kids and I started eating it we noticed it was raw! Bloody raw! I contacted corporate office and told them about my experience. Because I didn’t take my kids to the ER Walmart told me there was nothing they could do. I provided receipt and pictures of the raw chicken and the packaging. Just because my kids didn’t go to the ER they were home sick and missed church and their mother missed work. Terrible experience and service.

I've been to several Walmarts and this one is so awful it can't even be described. Alec and Annalee need to be fired, sued and locked up. Harassing customers, thinking they are the police on a power trip. They always assume things and treat customer, especially those of color like crooks. It's baffling how management allows this kind of behavior. They’re a lawsuit waiting to happen for Walmart and a liability risk.

The online grocery department seems to be going downhill. The last several times my mom has gone to pick up her groceries something is ALWAYS missing from her order. Not only that, but your delivery drivers suck at delivering orders to the right house. How hard is it? Her house numbers are on her mailbox in BIG font. Under a dang street light. Come on now.
