I strongly advise you NOT to come here - they are incompetent and their customer service sucks. It’s not worth the discount. I always bring my car in for oil changes and I bought my tires there. I go there because it’s close to my house and it’s cheap but when I got my tires there once of their “mechanics” bent my tire stud. So The manager or service advisor Mike let me know they would pay for it to be fixed, I just needed to bring it to a full service station and get a quote. So now I am inconvenienced. They offered nothing to make up for that. So I did that and went back to Walmart. He said they needed the “out the door” price, as Mavis (across the street) did not include the taxes. So I went back to mavis and got that. Came back and he said “your name and car info needs to be on it too”

For the price and the 4-year warranty it seems good in time will tell. The young man that helped me was very very helpful in the auto department. I believe his name starts with a J, sorry that I don't remember it but he went a little above and beyond. thank you for your services

I had a frustrating experience with Walmart’s pickup service. The app repeatedly pushed me to share my location and warned that my order might be delayed if I didn’t enable it. I’m not comfortable sharing my location due to privacy concerns, and customers shouldn’t feel pressured to do so just to receive basic service. When I mark myself as “on the way” or “ready” in the app, that should be enough notice. My exact location has nothing to do with when I actually arrive. Despite checking in properly, I still had to wait 20–30 minutes once I got there. To make things worse, one of the items in my order, a small bag of yard fertilizer was canceled when I arrived due to it not complying to one of their policies. We stopped into Walmart on Christmas Eve for some last-minute items, and they truly came through for us. Even with the holiday rush, the store was well stocked, organized, and easy to shop. We found everything we needed, and surprisingly checkout was a breeze. I usually order groceries online, but this in-store experience reminded me why Walmart is so reliable. Christmas was saved thanks to this trip. Thank you to the team for making a potentially stressful day feel easy and positive!

I bought 4 tires with road hazard warranty. I brought the car in with a flat and was told that I have to make an appointment. I said an appointment for flat repair was absurd when I bought road hazard. Apparently you need to know when you will get a flat so you can make appointment ahead of flat. I have complained to everyone at the store and even called Corporate with no resolution. A young lady came in struggling to get a bad battery swapped out under warranty and was told the battery would have to be tested. Can you guess what was next? Yes, she needed an appointment to test the battery! She leaves in disappointment with battery. I wanted to carry battery back to her car but I was in the middle of my own battle and I had my frenchie and westie with me. Don't buy tires and batter
