Walmart Supercenter

We just moved to Jonesboro from a much smaller town, so Walmart feels a little crowded to us. Lol The shelves in certain areas of the store can be bare at times, a lot more than the smaller towns. This store also seems to be messy or unorganized a lot of the time, maybe they are short handed? 🫤Idk but I don't complain about it anyway. So far the employees that I've interacted with have been nice so I gave this store a 4 star. 🤗

Sunday shopping at Walmart on East Highland in Jonesboro AR. I noticed we had some things missing we got home. Tried to call and see if anyone had turned an extra bag in to the service department. The word service and Walmart should not be ever used in the same sentence again. I called their service number and each time was placed on hold only to be hung up on every time. Multiple calls over a hour and the same result. Walmart “service “ department is a JOKE!

Unfortunately, my car needed new tires. I found a GREAT deal on a set of Goodyear tires. Bought them online, made my appointment & Michael & one of the other EXCELLENT associates had me all fixed up in less than 20 minutes! I've had oil changes at other places that took WAY LONGER THAN THAT! This TLE department will be taking care of any service they offer from now on! They are actually ranked #15 in the COMPANY! COULDN'T HAVE RECEIVED BETTER SERVICE! I am sceptical about who I allow to work on my car, but you NEVER have to worry about anything with these caring, talented folks!!!

Good location to go get some groceries, that one guy was getting some overeats delivered

Service with a 1 star satisfaction rate for a painful walk. I Entered the store through gardening. The female employee was kinda leaning on a basket. I asked about a basket. She said There were none available; she looked. All registered on that end closed. No basket anywhere. So I saw a guy. Excuse me Sir will you bring me a push basket for my leg... ? I'm heading to automotives. Yes He Never showed up. Asked a 3rd associate. She supplied a Basket within 3 minutes. Thankful yet overwhelmed in disappointment with the visit. Same item types miles apart. Not a pleasant experience. Months from now if I decide to visit again. I know what NOT to do.
