Walmart Supercenter

Horrible. Sadly terrible. Worst walmart I've been to in years. Tell folks to go to the one in bourbonnais. Moldy fruits and vegetables in their produce. Bad service from rude workers. This was like a month ago where I asked for the store manager and he came for like a few minutes but he didn't seem to listen about my question and walked away and got onto some young worker who was just working. Can't understand how he's the store manager! Lazy people are allowed these positions. Also, they need to quit those people stopping me after I just bought my groceries from the cashier aisle. Like why do I need to show you my receipt?! I JUST BOUGHT IT! I encourage everyone to go to their mom and pop grocery store instead.

I had a terrible experience at the customer service counter with an employee,Miranda was rude and should not be allowed to work with the public. She was rude,unprofessional and not to mention a liar. The manager of that department with the glasses on her face needs desperate training for that position. She was no help with her unruly employee and she acted exactly the same as Miranda. The store would be much better if they hired replacements for those two employees!!!!

Went in to customer service to use western union to put money into an account and upon doing so the heavy set white female who conveniently had her badge covered decided to tell me you could not do that yet when I went down to the bank located in the same walmart they accomplished the impossible imagine that. Do the best of someone better your life is not that hard your attitude and lack of customer service skills is what is hard.

Great Walmart, except the Electronics dept. , 2 associates Stole all of my information over the phone with an agent back in Sept of last year, how embarrassing, hope those 2 losers found new jobs by now or got fired. I keep my distance from that store for reasons. Another "gossip" "talk of the town" type of store. Not my style.

Worst automotive car care center. Refused to change my oil bc of my engine needing it. Don’t waste your time here. Extremely unprofessional
