I am a frequent Walmart customer who specifically uses the Walmart app/Walmart Pay for every transaction. Last night around 11:00 PM, I experienced a total failure in both their technology and their management’s "customer execution." Despite being a loyal user, the app failed to process my $28 purchase twice. Instead of a manager stepped in to facilitate a solution, the manager, Darlene, stood by and told me, "Your card got declined and the register is about to close." Not only was this professionally embarrassing—as the issue was clearly a technical security timeout with their own app—but it was dismissive. The experience only got worse: Instead of helping me troubleshoot, the manager actually took my items off the counter. I was forced to walk back to the aisles to get the item again

I went to the Auto Care department to get a new battery put in my Nissan Versa car on February 1, 2026. Their inability to put a new car battery in my car is the catalyst for this review. They had me wait for four hours waiting while I witnessed time after time, people passing by that were there after me. I would not come back, especially after seeing two inside coworkers playing tag. By two hours, I asked an associate if she could check my car to see what was going on or if she could give me an update on my car. She said, rudely, "No.". By FOUR hours, I had enough. I went to the same associate, letting her know that I saw my keys in her hands along with many other keys. It was then that I realized they made me wait longer than I had to. Spent almost 3 hours here to shop for groceries as it was my 1st time in Texas. Came to stock up some food for the weekdays, plenty of options. The place is clean and well maintained.

The parking lot was clean; the store was well organized, clean, and modern; all the products were labeled; there were good deals; the girls who helped us were friendly and knew how to guide customers. There was a wide variety of items, and I checked out very quickly without wasting time.
