Walmart Supercenter

Here is a follow up on my review from Dec. 30,2025. I tried to take my pop bottles back again today, one week after the original post. At that time, none of the 7 bottle return machines were functioning. GOOD NEWS! One of the seven was working today😂 the machine for glass bottles. The other six were still not working. Had to take the bottles to the service desk. They had several carts there to put your returns in and then tell them the quantity. This place needs help!!! Pictures attached

Really disappointed. Found out that this Wal-Mart will not accept Christmas apparel returns with recipt after Christmas. I feel this is at least a deciptive practice possibly false advertising because the walmart policy clearly contradicts what the independent store or stores are doing.

I came in today around 2:30 to grab three items and not one lane was maned by a person. They only had one self checkout open and the line for it was almost to the other side of the store! There were plenty of associates walking around doing absolutely nothing. What is the point of having all these people in the store if nobody is going to work the registers? This was my first time being able to make it over to this location since before the winter and then I had to leave empty-handed.

I am a walmart member, uses their delivery services for everything. I ordered a tv and once it was installed the tv screen kept going black. I contacted walmart on Feb 1 2026 to return the tv which they granted me until 2.15.2026. I had explained that I wasn't expecting the tv to not work in less than 90 days, and I did not keep the box. He said you don't need the box. On the return email it says no need to repack just bring the item in. The serial number on the tv will match your receipt. I called the Shaver road store to make sure I can return the tv without the box and they said yes. I came into the store with my son today who carried the 58 inch Hisense tv. Walking into the customer service line, a lady behind the counter yells out “is that a tv? “Embarrassed we said yes of cours

It was fine except for browned beef out with a sell by date of today. And at least 3 large size yogurts with sell by dates that were in the past, including one 4 weeks past. I brought the oldest one to Checkout along with the one that I wanted to buy: she charged me for it but kept it! Didn't seem the Least bit fazed Or concerned about the past dates: made no attempt to notify management about the other 2 past-freshness-dated items. I decided to check Walmart out since I was so sick of Meijer not having sale items sale priced in their computers. I guess I'm still looking for a good grocery store.😒
