Walmart Supercenter

This is THE WORST WALMART! There is no such thing as Customer Service or service of any kind know by these employees here!! Out of 10 employees, only 1 would help me after i had already asked customer service associates (who were doing nothing but gathered in conversation amongst themselves)to page someone to the department I was in (3 times )(each time having to walk all the way across the store and then back to the department,and waited for over 30 minutes still to get no help and be told they couldn't help me by 7 passerbyer employees on their phones!) What should have been a 5 minute trip inside the store for my 4 items turned into almost an hour waiting to get help to get my last 1 item that was locked up (cosmetic foundation costing less than $5.00,but the case across from what I ne

Do NOT get auto work done at the Walmart Auto Care Center on Redmond Circle in Rome, GA. After an oil change, my car was low on oil and they left the old oil filter on. This could’ve seriously damaged my engine. Posting this so others are aware — based on my personal experience.

The vision center has the most friendly and helpful staff. They make choosing a pair of glasses a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I highly recommend

The store manager at the West Rome Walmart is very rude. Every time I shop there, he follows customers around constantly and tells his coworkers to work harder while bossing them around. They should fire him and put Brandon Thomas back as the store manager. She was such a sweetheart.
