Walmart Supercenter

On the out skirts of Springfield there the anchor point of a strip mall with various retailers like “Pet Supplies Plus Dog Wash, Great Clips, Tabasco and Vape, Shoe Dept., Murphy USA gas station, Sonic, Fith Third Bank, Merchants national Bank, Bob Evan’s, Drive thru Pharmacy, Lawn and Garden Center

Did an online pick for a Womens Rudolph Onesie pajama for a Christmas party tomorrow. Pickup up at 7 pm. Got home and the arm had a giant hole in it. Went back to the store for a new one. Customer Service was closed. Asked the Manager on duty to help me. She told me I was out of luck and to come back another time. How to you stay open until 11 but close your return/ exchange registers over 2 hours early? Terrible service. Go elsewhere for your business

Why are workers ignoring customers?? You ask them where an item is in HBA and they totally ignore you or walk away. I have seen many workers on cell phones . The ones up front stand there with 5 to 6 chatting away with long lines .. I ask one if they could open a register her reply It’s not my job What happened to customer service in this store ??? I recall a time when even the managers hopped on registers . I recall a tone when corporate said no cell phones on floor … This use to be the cleanest Walmart in town with great customer service .

I went to the Walmart on Tuttle in Springfield Ohio on 12/26/25. I forgot a bag at the register. I called 6 times before someone answered the phone. I was told they had to watch a video to make sure what really happened. If they would have answered the phone when I called at 330pm instead of 8pm maybe they could have got the bags back. I also tried calling electronics to get through to the service desk and they still didn’t answer. This is the worst service I have ever experienced. Do not go to this Walmart drive to another store!!!

This Walmart is not a bad store. The customer service is very friendly and the store is well kept up. Only problem is when i enter, there was no carts in the cart garage. I had to get one from out in the parking lot.
