Walmart Supercenter

Great place to order from! I just love Walmart and their variety of things. My family gets plenty of stuff from here- especially our groceries! And they have plenty of ways to save money. Great deals and a great place to go to

This Walmart needs either a rebuild or a significant remodel. Ceiling tiles all over the store were missing. This store must be quite old—it looks like an original Walmart that was expanded to become a Supercenter. The Plover and Wisconsin Rapids Walmart stores are much nicer.

Closed minded right here in Wausau . I seen the same mystery shipper 4x in a month never have had issues with Walmart, not like that. After the 4th time I respectfully went to tell customer service . Associate in electronics took a very unnecessary route in assisting with 2 simple questions. Being price and if product was exact same item as website. Teaching someone to find their own answer to a question may be appropriate as a parent or teacher to a child. But in customer service it's your job to find the answer as quickly and efficiently as possible.

I don’t understand why pickup location at this walmart is in the central parking lot of the business. Associates are crossing the streets with heavy loads, substandard plowed roads, all while having to dodge vehicles pedestrians. Also, I see associates coming out with one item/order at a time, assuming customers just purchased one item. Couldn’t they deliver multiple customer orders in a single trip to streamline the process for both employees and customer? It took 25 minutes to get my item. Giving 2 stars and not 1 because employee was friendly and acknowledged checking wait.
