Walmart Supercenter

I don’t know how this store is still open. Tonight was one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve had in this store. All the makeup is locked up. I waited 15 minutes and nobody came to open the case up. There was an employee back there but she was on her phone and didn’t move. I pushed the call button nobody came. Then as I was checking out at the self checkout because there’s never any cashiers. This lady with straight back braids told me and my daughter to take a cart back that wasn’t even ours we had our cart. I absolutely hate this Walmart. It’s always dirty and the employees are just plain rude. She should be glad my daughter was with me smh

Generally a good store. My issue is customer service. Rather lack of. When going to check out, it is all on you. The only way a person comes is if your light goes off for some error. So you scan and bag, then they want you to rate with stars. Who are we rating ? Ourselves or them. But you can watch yourself working for Walmart for free as they are recording your every move. Very impersonal. Taking people's jobs and making us do their work as the worker who stand by for your mishaps talking to each other not even glancing your way when you do need help. They should focus on the customers as they are doing their work after all.

This store needs to remind their employees doing the online ordering shopping that envelopes should be included with cards. I now have to drive 20 minutes to get the envelopes. Of course when you call the store, no one answers the phone!

Had to return a present that was the wrong size. Had tags still on garment and receipt, s o Had no problem. Staff was pleasant and helpful even with it being December 30. Got replacement and more. Got a good price on allergy medicine. Am allergic to pine, juniper, cedar and other seasonal indoor tortures (they torture me). Got extra small gifts in half price section. Did not get everything I needed but was under time constraints. I had several things to do that day, and although not fond of Walmart, they were pleasant, professional, and actually helpful. My problem with Walmart is that everyone presumes everybody can get to a store conveniently. This store is not convenient without a car. It's inconvenient by bus. So they get 4 not 5 stars. I did a Walmart delivery order from this location due to the weather and didn’t want to go out. A couple of my items I ordered were not available and missed out on the substitution offerings. No biggie. After my order arrived I decided to go to this location, since I needed those items, to find alternatives for the items that “were not available” only to find that the items that I ordered were not only just available, but fully stocked! Such a waste of time. But take what they say is not available with a grain of salt. Feel like they’re simply trying to charge you more for the substitutions.
