I am reviewing Walters Home Improvement as a customer of my business. Walter purchased a discontinued faucet, a part number that was not manufactured with faucet handles. This is indicative of the LH (less handle) in the mpn. It was deeply discounted. Upon discovering his error, he insulted my sales staff unnecessarily. They told him he could return it for a full refund including shipping. His response was the screenshot in this review. This is no way to treat people.

Walter came out to repair the fascia on my roof. He explained the issue and didn't overcharge me as other companies would. Walter saved me money and described further damage that could present problems costing me thousands. I plan to use Walter in the future for other home improvement projects. Finding a quality contractor around me in Bel Air, MD, is challenging. I will highly recommend Walter's home improvement work.

We have been so happy working with Walter and his team throughout our project and the results are beautiful. To begin with, we really appreciated that he fit us into his busy schedule quickly because he knew our only shower was out of commission. He is very responsive and quick to get back to you about any questions. He is patient and never made me feel like a bother (even though I am sure I was sometimes!). We are really concerned about Covid and he and his team were great about wearing N95 masks we provided. Of course, the workmanship is impressive and we love our new shower but what really elevates this company is the customer service.
