Waltham Pest Services - Pest Control & Exterminator, New London, CT

This was completely unprofessional from start to finish. I already have an ongoing service program with this company for one restaurant location. I contacted them for a one-time service at a different location and explicitly asked for the price upfront. I was told a technician would come on Tuesday and provide the quote before any work was done. That never happened. No price was given, no approval was obtained, yet the work was performed anyway. I was then sent an invoice for $250 that I never authorized. To make matters worse, attempts to contact the company for clarification were ignored or met with extremely delayed responses. Billie was fantastic! As professional and as personalble as you could ever ask for. 10 outta 10!!!! We asked her to check something that was relatively small and wasn't technically in the contract we signed so we would understand if she just said "I'm sorry I can't " Well she had already left out home from treating it and was about 45m away from our house. She didn't hear the message till after she had finished. We'll she didn't even tell us she was turning around and going to our home again. She looked at what we had as, treated it and then called us to tell us what she had done. Even sent us video of it since they document everything here! She truly is a wonderful human being who makes sure her customers are extremely satisfied and more importantly happy!!! Thanks ag

Waltham has been a great added service to my home. I love getting the reminder call as to when they are coming to my home then Joe DiMaggio the technician is wonderful! He is thoughtful and thorough and always reminds me that I have the entire home package and they will come back if I have any issues with insects, rodents and bees! My dog also loves how kind and calm Joe is!

Waltham communicates well. Always letting me know when the appointments are. Technicians arrive on schedule and are friendly and professional.

TECHNICIAN COMES ONCE A MONTH AND SERVICES THE PROPERTY. OUR BUILDING IS NEAR A SWAMP AND WE HAD A SERIOUS RODENT ISSUE UNTIL WALTHAM TOOK OVER. HAVEN'T HAD A SINGLE ISSUE SINCE. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
