WAM General Contractors & Co

I did some work for WAM on a piece of their equipment. I have 10 years experience as a professional technician and I offered a family/friend rate when I took the job as I know a guy that works for them. They took advantage of my good will by trying to short me on an already EXTREMELY reduced labor rate. But now a month later they are 100% delinquent w regards to the service bill. If it cost me a few $ to learn to steer clear of WAM then hopefully this review will save some other hard working guy from landing on the receiving end of this company's shady and reprehensible business practices. I know I would never hire a contractor who doesn't pay his bills. What should I expect, after all it's a very Trumpian way of doing business, monkey see monkey do.

We hired WAM to replace our main water line and couldn't be happier with the quick response, the knowlege and professionalism, as well as taking care of all parts of the job including a street opening permit and police detail. Great, honest, hard working company!

Came and looked at the work that needed to be done. Super nice and said he'd get back to us with an estimated are the next day. Didn't receive any follow up, zo we called, eager to get the woek done. After repeated attempts to contact him by both his personal voicemail and the company voicemail, we never heard a word back. Just have the courtesy to let us know you can't/won't do the job.

I have done several digging and excavation projects with WAM and found them to be reasonably priced and easy to work with. I look forward to using them again for any sort of excavation related work.
