Chrystal and her team, Michelle and Lisa, were amazing. Chrystal designed a beautiful bathroom and assisted in picking tiles and paint colors. The team kept me updated on deliveries and the numerous steps of construction. I would definitely recommend using Ward Design Studio.

Chrystal was a pleasure to work with! She was very easy to get ahold of, and definitely went the extra mile! We used several different contractors—including flooring, electrical, plumbing, and kitchen remodeling—and they all did good work. There were a few small things that we wanted fixed after the contractors were completed, and Chrystal saw to it that these things were quickly fixed at no cost to us.

The WHI team finished our basement and offered numerous suggestions which enhanced the finished project. They added 2 rooms (one with a kitchenette) and a full bathroom. When a few issues came up after completion, they were quick to respond and rectify. All staff were professional and accommodating to adjustments. We are especially grateful to Crystal for helping us develop the plan and maintaining communication throughout.
