Jeff, Jay and the installation experts at Warehouse Carpet were all outstanding! Jeff was patient, supportive, knowledgeable and flexible throughout our selection process, offering intelligent and well-informed options, but never pushing for specific final solutions on carpeting, padding and LVP flooring ... he sensibly and sensitively left those to us. A superb salesman and wonderful human being ... thank you, Jeff! Jay was incredibly flexible and positive when it came to scheduling our installation, even when we had to delay and reschedule at the very last minute due to uncompleted prep work on the subfloor. Jeff was our salesman and guided my wife and I through the maze of flooring for our kitchen. He did a great job. It took a little more time than I expected to get the job done but, we ordered it just before the holidays so that's on us for not planning. Dave was our installer and he was a real machine! Very quick and clean. He did a great job on the floor. Will be using them again in the future.

Installation was good but he didn't wear shoe covers on new carpet. I provided them and my friend who was there in my behalf offered him to put on! Other than that Jeff was an awesome salesman.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Warehouse Carpet. Jeff was great to work with. He was very helpful and he was very upbeat and enthusiastic to work with me and kept me notified of the next steps prior to install. Dave the installer was fantastic. He was very professional, polite, respectful of my home and a quick worker. He was very particular with his work and always kept me in the loop of what the plan was. He was here when he said he would be and stayed till he got done what he said he would that day. Dave’s helper, Nick, was just as wonderful to work with. He was also very polite and respectful of my home. I will definitely go to them for my next flooring needs.

I cannot thank you enough for helping us solve the dilemma of what type of flooring to put in our family room. The stone laminate looks beautiful and adds the perfect contrast to our wood flooring. Your guidance, help and suggestions are so appreciated. We have a whole new room in our house now! I also want to give a “shout out” to Dave and Nick, who installed our floor.
