I would never recommend using this outfit. They will gladly take your money and install the unit but obtaining a verifiable permit through them after the work is completed is nothing short of a nightmare. They don't bother answering your calls. Disappear for weeks at a time and sit on a permit application instead of closing it without providing a single valid reason. Darius, was moderately responsive but Romaine, the person who actually installed the unit, lacks professionalism, was never punctual in the number of times he visited the home leaving us waiting for 1-2 hrs before arriving even though we had prior commitments and all appointments were set by him not us, and left a very negative impression with all involved. Darius and one of his associates, Romaine, installed a new air conditioner on a Saturday morning after my old air conditioner went out on Friday. They answer the phone right away and come out to check out the problem within hours (not days!) of a phone call for service. The repair on the old one would have been expensive and had been repaired twice already. Warren Heating & Air Conditioning removed the old unit and installed the new one in seven hours and left with the house and garage clean. They work efficiently and quietly, and their service is beyond compare. They are definitely old-school in serving their customer to make sure everything works and is maintained correctly, and are also trained to the utmost in HVAC technology and have years and years of experience. Our permanent AC guy for 2 years now. About to call to make sure our 10 year old system for maintenance is up to par. Came over in 30 minutes when we had no AC in dead heat of summer (fixed the problem same day). Had him come over for AC maintenance and runs perfect a year ago.

I am late writing this review, but I am so grateful for their services. Very professional, efficient, quick and most importantly honest. I truly appreciate him fixing my issue and ensuring everything was okay. I will always call for maintenance going forward with them and if any other service needs arise, I’m glad I can rely on Warren Heating & Air Conditioning ☺️

I found Warren Heating & Air conditioning online. I had what I felt was an emergency due to the temperature dropping outside and my heat wouldn't work. I didn't think I'd be able to get same day service but Darius was able to fit me in. He was punctual in arriving when he said he would and very informative on what the issue was. I would definitely have given 6 stars if I could have for him being quick and efficient. Awesome service!
