Don't be fooled by this "hidden gem" tucked away, under the old Hegedorns! After going to a "bigger box store" in Henrietta to look at flooring and being very unimpressed with the so-called designers and employees that were googling most questions we asked, we suddenly remembered about Warren's! We headed in there and were met by John (in-house designer/decorator). He was so helpful in walking us through our flooring choices and just, in general, educating us to what looks best with what our home style is. He was excellent and didn't hesitate to bring in Don (owner) into the conversation, to come up with some solutions for a tricky flooring situation we had. Rick, John and the team at Warrens are undefeated in the flooring world. They are a small family owned company and I will never go anywhere else. I have a chemical sensitivity and was referred to them for the Mohawk website looking for the Air.o zero VOC carpet. Rick the owners son was super helpful and knowledgeable and was able to recommend a green guard low VOC hardwood for the other area of the house. His installer Dave also does incredible work. They also sell paint, blinds and some furniture. Love this place and these guys.

Warrens just installed Graber solar shades on my sun porch. They are beautiful and are doing exactly what we wanted them to do. We chose motorized shades and they work perfectly, thanks to John and Larry’s expertise. They arrived quickly after ordering and the pricing was quite reasonable. We have worked with Warrens for over thirty years. They are number 1 in Monroe County for any decorating needs. J Gilbert
