We are very pleased with Warren’s product and their service. They have very professional staff and it is very easy to schedule pours. Usually I don’t write reviews but the experience we had with this company was so terrible that I have to write. We purchased concrete from Warren’s Concrete for a major construction project in Liberty, and the quality turned out to be terrible. Despite spending over $35,000, the material failed to meet basic standards — poor consistency, weak finish, and multiple issues that compromised our work. What’s worse, they took zero responsibility. We reached out several times for accountability or at least acknowledgment, but they simply didn’t care. Our company manages large, multimillion-dollar projects, and if they treat a major customer this way, I can only imagine how they handle smaller buyers.
