We hadn’t had a working fireplace since we moved in over two years ago, so finally getting it serviced felt long overdue. He arrived promptly, got right to work, and thoroughly cleaned and serviced the entire unit. Not only that, he took the time to explain what he was doing and made helpful recommendations to keep everything running smoothly going forward. Wow! Warrington Chimney & Fireplace did an amazing job with my wood stove insert! They came highly recommended by one of my friends who recently had a stove put in her house. Eric O was amazing from start to finish. He was clear in what they were going to do very upfront about pricing. He did not oversell me a unit that was too big for my house and Frannie & Will worked so hard in the freezing cold to get this job done! Fast, Friendly, and Informative! Had a great experience getting my fireplace inspected and swept! Simon was very, prompt, respectful, and courteous! The company went out of their way to fit me in before the upcoming snow storms. They were also very good at communication and keeping me informed on when they would arrive! We had the absolute best experience with Warrington Chimney & Fireplace! I highly recommend them! First, they were very responsive when we asked for an estimate. They did not charge for an estimate, unlike other places in Ambler... Kyle was the young man who came, and he was friendly and knowledgable. He sussed out the situation pretty quickly and had a wonderful "can do" attitude. The estimate was totally reasonable. We did get another estimate that was about $5,000 to $6,000 more! While we tried to decide what we wanted to do, Kyle and Erik in the office were very responsive with pictures and texts and emails. Their AI phone assistant is hilarious, but really useful!
