The end result/overall look it beautiful, getting there was a struggle. Make sure they understand your design goals before any construction begins. Communication, and active listening was an issue. After placing the conrete supports they didnt compact when back filling and left deep backhoe ruts in the yard. When confronted i was told they dont backfill thats not part of the bid. They changed the spacing and put a post right in front of the french doors. We caught it in time and corrected this. I will say the owner Brittney did a great job of handling most of the problems. The crew was stubborn and would try to cut corners. In the end the only real disappointment is; from the start we asked for a clean seamless look ie: hidden fasteners no screw holes showing. They did purchase these but

l had Wasatch Builder & Repair install a Screen door for me this Summer. The work was more than I expected. The man that installed the door wasn’t much for talking but his work was exemplary. He also cleaned up all his materials and left the area as he found it. I love my Screen Door! I would not hesitate to recommend this Company to anyone! This fall I called this same Company to install Camera Doorbells. The same exemplary work was preformed. My sheet rock had to be cut, but there is no way that you can tell. It was mudded and taped and the paint was matched. They painted a larger area so that you wouldn’t notice the new paint versus the old paint (20 years at least) Brittany was the painter and she is a sweetheart. Matthew did amazing work with taking out my old sink and installing a new sink. He also took out my old dishwasher and installed a new one. He had to do extra work with installing both of them and extra trips to Home Depot to get the correct parts. I will refer him and the company to everyone 😁

No stars on this review. Do not use Wasatch Builders. They were sloppy with our DW install, leaving a screw in our garbage disposal, running the DW on a "test" and leaving the instruction manual inside (a total loss), and dragging the old DW over our cement instead of rolling it, leaving scratch marks on our sidewalk. Also overcharged us for 2 valve/handles for under the sink, $189 EACH, when we found later that the valves are sold for $10-$30 at the home improvement store.

These people are a disaster! We called them to install a ceiling fan on an outdoor awning that was prewired by the awning company, to replace a section of guttering which we were providing and to install an electric outlet that was pre-wired. The woman Beverly did not communicate with her worker about the three projects and the worker Matt did not listen to us as we tried to explain what we wanted. They ended up charging us almost a $1000 for mounting the fan and installing the outlet. They did not hook the fan up to electricity, so we have a completely nonfunctioning fan. We asked Beverly to have this job finished but she insisted that she would charge us hundreds of dollars more. Plus she asked us to sign a "waiver" that we would not post a negative review! Bottom line, do NOT do busines
