I cannot say enough great things about Spenser, the owner/operator of Wash Solutions. He answered right away and within hours looked at my Job (which wasnt an easy one). He figured out how to make it happend and returned within a day to perform the work. He is a great guy, very detailed oriented and great to work with. I told him what I was planning to do after he was done and he said he could do it for me too. He powerwashed our balcony and roof top terrace and installed the tile, both look awesome. Highly recommend Soencer, he will do a great job for you!

We hired Spencer and wash solutions to power wash our walkway, our walk up and our deck and furniture. Upon seeing the walkway, Spencer noticed our sand grout needed to be replaced. After he power washed, Spencer replaced the sand and then sealed the walkway. It came out amazing! The deck also came out fantastic. He scheduled quick, finished in very reasonable time and the price was super reasonable! I will for sure be calling him back every spring to to power wash our deck and walkway!!

Working with Spencer, the owner, was an absolute pleasure. I had multiple locations that required pressure washing, and he did an outstanding job at each one. Spencer is punctual, respectful, and takes great pride in the quality of his work. I would gladly use his services again next summer and for my other properties. Highly Recommend.

Spencer does a great job on power washing. If you want your yard to look good, definitely hire him!
