Water Works Pump & Well Inc

First of all, I spoke with several other companies about my needs and they couldn't really help. One of them referred me to Water Works Pump & Well. I spoke with Garrett about my well issues and he understood them and knew what to do about them. We had several texts and conversations before they actually came out - I knew what it would cost beforehand too - a blessing for sure. Danny was the lead on the team that came out - both were good. Danny was quite knowledgeable and practical about my needs and how best to accomplish them. We discussed various issues and came up with some really good solutions. My well is working better than it has in years and I feel confident it is in good shape and my water is healthy. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I could not figure out what was wrong with my pump. I was beside myself. I was so worried about what was wrong and how much it would cost. I put something else on Facebook for recommendations and a couple of my friends told me to call waterworks of Covington. After 2 weeks being without water, one of their employees named Cody came out and diagnose the problem and got me all fixed up. Cody did as much as he could the first day that they were here. Cody was cordial and very respectful. He worked hard to get the problem solved. They had to do some finishing touches the next day and I don't remember the young man's name but he was also very cordial and finished the job. Caleb was the tech assigned to my call and his work ethics and knowledge of the issue exceeded my expectations. He worked diligently and answered all the questions I had. I was at a point of frustration when I contacted Water Works but after Caleb finished.. I feel as if I have a new well and pump setup and it did NOT cost me an arm and leg. It was cheaper than I thought and that's because he knew exactly what the issue was and what needed to be replaced without charging me for things I didn't need. The simplest modification made the biggest improvement with the well and pump I already had installed. Thanks Caleb and Water Works, you have impressed me. I have a happy household now.

Extremely nice and quick to respond! Ansel came out and serviced our well and was professional and explained what the issue was and corrected it. This is one of those companies you search for in customer service.Highly recommend.
