The whole process for our new gutters was straightforward and seamless (no pun intended), from the estimate to the installation. The team was friendly, skilled and efficient and the price was very competitive.

Matt, Julia, and their team did a phenomenal job! They took care of our gutters and Govee lights and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Julia was also very communicative and provided much more information than we were expecting regarding quotes, scheduling, details, and much more. We are very pleased with their work!

I really appreciate the professionalism of Julia. She came to my home and was able to give me an estimate and show me options. The contrast of the black gutters with white down spouts is exactly what I was looking for. Other gutter companies would only do white or black but not the combo. We agreed on a day and time and work was completed on time. Great work at a fair price.

Waterhouse OS was not a good experience. The initial communication and pricing was good, but that's it. After installation, there were rocks on the roof, that their workers tracked onto the roof and damaged shingles. In addition, they were careless with their ladders and caused additional damage to shingles. This is a new home, with a new roof, so you can imagine my frustration. Julia and Matthew were defensive, and more concerned with their own insurance rates than the damage they caused to my home. Now, I'm having a roofing contractor make repairs and I'm dealing with an additional contractor and putting in a lot of time to correct the issues. Julia has refused to reduce the price for the gutters to compensate me for my time repairing the damage they caused to my home. VERY disapp

Waterhouse just installed our Christmas lights and the lights look amazing. We had an outstanding experience with the team at Waterhouse from start to finish. Their team was professional, the lights are awesome and they made the entire process incredibly easy. We will absolutely be recommending them to anyone who asks!
