William Manning completed a roofing job which is still under warranty. after two years the roof leaked and he came to patch it. Fast forward another two years and the roof still has a leak in the same place. I contacted him to come by and rectify the issue and after a week he has yet to show. He has said he will be at the property on three different occasions and never has showed. He claimed he went to check on what he needs, but the security cameras proved him wrong.
