WaterShed UnderDecks

We moved into a new house with three floors and decks. Water was dripping from the top floor deck to the two lower decks, thus wetting our furniture and other items. I called “Gooch” the owner of WaterShed Underdecks and scheduled an appointment to get an estimate to have panels installed. Gooch was very clear on what needed to be done and we picked out the colors and style of the panels and gutter to be installed. Two days later his work crew started the project. They worked for two days straight and in the rain which left 6 inches of rain water. The final product was perfect and aesthetically outstanding. The crew then cleaned up and left the area in an impeccable condition. Great job!!

I researched several Underdeck companies. I spoke with a few neighbors who had them done. And then I contacted Greg over at Watershed. We had a great first meeting. I thought about it for a while.. reached out to a couple of other vendors for comparison on product and pricing and overall Greg was the best. His team was prompt and super clean. I love the addition of the fans and the lights, it really allows us to get maximum use of the area under the deck when we come out our basement door. Highly recommended.

We love our new underdecking and screened in patio. From Sales-Greg to Install-Ortiz(underdeck)& Gene(screen) I give 5 stars. Greg was prompt to respond, friendly & knowledgable about the entire process. He listened and provided color combo & pattern that my husband & I agreed on. Ortiz & his crew did a great job on the underdeck...they were punctual, friendly, professional, completed in a timely manner and hauled all away. We did have 1 leak that they immediately returned the next day to fix and went above & beyond to ensure no more leaks. Gene & his crew were great as well. He was in constant communication with us regarding scheduling and even got us done early.
