I worked with Samatha at Watersource. It was a great experience. She had so much knowledge and guided me through choosing my bathroom shower fixtures and a new kitchen faucet. The showroom is spectacular. So many different suppliers on display and a whole spectrum of actual working plumbed kitchen fixtures that you can try to get a feel for functionality. Great showroom. Great service. I was also able to go right next door to the Don’s Appliance showroom to select new kitchen appliances. Great concept.

I went to Watersource to gather information about a steam shower. The staff was really well informed and assisted me with determining the final configuration I was looking for. Pricing was fair and there wasn't any pressure to make a decision, although I did purchase the unit.

It was the absolute best experience! The wealth of knowledge that Jess had for us was amazing! She gave us all of the options and showed us an example of everything right there in the showroom! It was fantastic!

Our experience with WaterSource has been first rate. From purchase of products thru payment and delivery, all has gone very smoothly.
