Waterworks Hot Tubs and Pools

From start to finish, my experience purchasing an outdoor spa was nothing short of outstanding. The team’s professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail truly set them apart. Michael, in particular, was phenomenal—he answered every question with expert insight and guided us through the options with a consultative approach that made us feel confident and informed. We spent over two hours trying out different spas, and never once felt rushed. As a thoughtful touch, they even welcomed our golden retriever into the showroom while we explored. It was a seamless, enjoyable experience that exceeded all expectations.

Went into the store the beginning of February and worked with Mike. He was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in giving me options for my pool. I bought the top of the line 18’ round above ground pool. The entire experience was great. I also worked with Josia who was also knowledgeable and helpful with all of my follow up questions. I highly recommend this company if you’re looking to purchase a pool or hot tub.

I very seldom write reviews and have hesitated to write one until we finished the entire process with purchasing a pool from Waterworks. Now that we have gone from the sit down process to planning, breaking ground, delivery, concrete and now closing the pool for winter, we have to tell everyone that we couldn't be more satisfied and happy with our purchase!!!!! Ethan and all his crew were the most professional, respectful and helpful throughout the entire process. They continually explained the "next steps" and were very punctual and met all time lines each step of the process. Highly recommend. No pressure sales on spas or chemicals. The BullFrog line with individual JetPacks is the way to go.
