I had some keys cut in the their office and the team was very helpful. I also placed a service call to have some doors rekeyed at our apartments. They showed up on time and the technician walked me through his entire process. I will definitely recommend them to others and I will be calling them to give them more work.

If you’re having to key security doors for an apartment building, I might consider not using Watson. They’re expensive and unreliable.
