Watson's Plumbing & Heating

I've used Watson's since purchasing my house about 5 years ago for various plumbing needs, due to poor workmanship from previous owner. They can always make it out relatively fast within a day or two of calling, and have always arrived in the time window provided. Scott and Justin have both been great to work with. Only complaints I see on here are the prices from my research they are on the high end. However, being punctual, doing fast, quality work with explanations and tips on how to keep things running smoothly can account for that. I have no complaints with Watson's so far.

Had this outfit hook up my washing machine and dryer It started to leak over the washer so I called them. The same came in and said it was an appliance issue with the dish washer A few days later, we traced it to the upstairs showers and NOT the dish washer. This guy as far as I'm concerned was lazy and didn't want to do the work. They charged me $128 dollars to find a league they didn't look for. I will never call them again.

This is my first review for them, but I have hired Watson's multiple times for various jobs over the years. When i lived in Conowingo many years ago and now in Bel Air a few times. I just had them come out again this past week to replace some shower piping for me. I have never been disappointed. They do quality work and know they know their stuff. I know the job will be done right with them!

I called Watson's late in the day on Monday and Scott arrived on time first thing on Tuesday. He was able to identify the issue and resolve my leaking exterior faucet quickly. While looking for the exterior water shut off valve, he noticed my hot water heater had condensation around the exhaust pipe. He showed me how fumes could be leaking and reset and tightened the clamps around the exhaust pipe. Could have leaked carbon monoxide. What a great feeling I was left with . Called about one problem and two were resolved. Thank you Watson's! What great Service! Five Stars all he way!

We are so happy we found Watson's!! The plumber that came to install our new water system was fantastic. We were so comfortable with Scott. He explained everything well, was very neat, protected our carpet, showed us how everything worked. And very important to me, he labeled everything! It was just an overall wonderful experience. We've wanted to do this for a couple years. Priced it here and there with a several companies, but in the end, not only did we choose Watson's for the great price, it really was for Scott. Finding contractors to work in your home that you trust can be very difficult - Scott is a wonderful young man. And my price quoted what I paid. Thank you.
