Greg was so kind and easy to work with. He wrapped the fridge up, and helped us load it up into our trailer easily. The fridge has a large dent, however was heavily discounted and it doesn't affect the working condition of it. So happy with the experience and our purchase!

Recently bought a Samsung dishwasher as ours was needing to be replaced. Dishwasher looked great and had minor cosmetic issues which the value here more than made up the difference. Plus, after installation you can’t even see one of the small dents. They were very helpful in loading into my vehicle and very quick to reply on any follow up questions I had after getting home. I would highly recommend anyone to check these guys out before paying full price on appliances etc. saved hundreds of dollars going this route and we will be checking again down the road as we have other appliances that may need to be replaced in the next year or 2 100% satisfied and happy customers here!! We had a fantastic experience with Wausau Outlet! We purchased a washer/dryer combo and a refrigerator, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating — they even worked with us to align our pick-up time perfectly with our moving schedule, which made things so much easier. Excellent customer service and great communication. Highly recommend!

Amazing customer service. They even came out and "fixed" a leak on the washer I purchased. Turns out we did not tighten one hose completely. So they were good-hearted and awesome about fixing my hookup oopsie. I love my new washer!
