Garbage indeed, like everyone has said. Our garage door windows shattered as it was opened and the top part where the bracket is, bent in. This garage door is rarely used as it is the stall for storage, yet it got trashed just by opening it.
Cheap garbage. How is this company even in business? Paper thin "insulated" doors do absolutely nothing in the winter. Bottom seal is proprietary trash. The Chinese made better products even 20 years ago.
Definitely zero stars! Now I understand why there are so many bad reviews and Wayne Dalton dealers have nothing good to say About this brand. Good luck
We have been trying to reach Wayne Dalton for a warranty repair and can't get anyone to resolve this issue. Several responses of "we need to get back to you" and yet to have it resolved. I wouldn't call that "great service"
