Very satisfied with this family operation, The operator helped me troubleshoot my issue remotely for free, And came out promptly to help me fix my well issue. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the amount of service that I received how prompt it was and the cost.

I came home to no running water at all in my home. I called Krueger water systems late Wednesday, they showed up promptly the next morning (Thursday). Craig and Trevor diagnosed my water problem super fast, they went to work replacing my well pump, wiring and pressure switch which they knew it would be. They showed me what the problem was and explained what needed to be done. Just over an hour later everything was working like new! They are very knowledgeable in their trade. Very timely, honest, hard workers with excellent results! I highly recommend them for all your well water needs! They even gave me a military discount which was very helpful! WOW is all I can say. They are GREAT! Water stopped working early Tuesday morning. After running through all scenarios, finally called Wayne Krueger Water Systems at 7:00 that night. Was told they would call me back at 6:30 a.m. the next day. Phone rang at 6:30 a.m. They showed up at 8:15 and 30 minutes later we were up and running. Control box for the well, new pressure gauge and filled and checked the pressure tank. Thank you Craig for your excellent service, promptness and caring nature to get us back up and running. Don't hesitate to call them. You will not be disappointed. P.S. I had called two plumbers and they still haven't called me back 2 days later!

We called Krueger Water Systems on a Sunday after our well pump stopped working and we had no water in the house. Craig called me by 7:00 on Monday morning and they were here by 8:00. Craig was so knowledgeable and kind. By 9:30 a.m. on Monday morning our pump was replaced and our water was restored! If we ever have any well issues in the future we will definitely call Krueger Water Systems!
