Paid a few grand for this sod from wayside. Most of it is dead and it is infested with weeds. There is even garlic growing out of this sod (toxic to my dogs). Compare to the rest of the other grass towards the front that is doing quite well and weed free. Take your money elsewhere.

Brad with Wayside landscaping was very courteous and competitively priced. However, 5 years later I’m learning the shortcuts his crew took while I was out of state and they installed our privacy fence and retention wall shortly after our home purchase. Rotten timbers that never were meant for ground contact (perhaps regular treated at best) two retaining walls not anchored to one another and now splitting apart. Now I know why my price was so good—corners cut.

Nice phone conversation and driver, but I ordered 4 yards of pulverized topsoil delivered and the truck dumped what, best I can tell, is stump grinding dirt/roots that was hauled away from a different site. Where I grew up, people given this away for free. I paid.$178.69 Deal was- home foundation dirt for rain run off... Basically just rang the dinner Bell for every termite in North Carolina. Sweet... 😬

Installed bad sod on front of my new property 5 months ago through builder, did not bother to water sod at all prior to sale of home. Sod died and now costing me a couple thousand dollars to replace because warranty doesn't cover landscape. Contacted them several times with no response.
