As a Veteran and fellow owner of a small business in the Treasure Valley there are a few things I know to look for in selecting the right contractor for an important project. In this case a new metal roof for my business location. Cheapest price is NOT one of them. A high level of customer service; a competitive price for a QUALITY product and installation; and good people to work with ARE. Shane started WEATHERTIGHT off on the right foot with his communication, expert knowledge, timely estimate, and getting us on the schedule ahead of schedule! 100% awesome business. I had a brand new roof installed 18 months ago by a different company I attached pictures of their bad install. I honestly think a trained monkey could have done a better job. I tried to get the roofer to correct my shingle issues and after 5 attempts to fix it I gave up. The entire roof needed redone yep a complete tear off. This is where Weathertight comes into the picture. Malarkey the manufacture acknowledged the issue and they understood how horrible of a job the first roofer did on that note Malarkey allowed me to hire another roofer to completely replace my roof and they would cover the entire cost. Shane at Weathertight came out did an inspection and also spoke with the local Malarkey rep and got me a bid so I could submit to Malarkey for approval on the job

I rarely write reviews, but this one is well deserved. My mom is a recent widow after my father, a veteran, passed away from cancer. During an already difficult time she discovered a leak near the solar panels on her roof and began trying to figure out what was wrong. The first roofing company she called told her she needed a full roof replacement and quoted her about $16,000. On top of that, solar company who installed her solar panels initially tried to charge her around $4,500 just to remove the panels so the roof could be repaired. We had our roof replaced by Shane and his team, and they did such an amazing job. Our roof was a tough job having 4 layers on it, a leak by the chimney, and needing vents. Our roof was a hazard really. They got the job done quickly with master craft. Everyone was so kind and courteous and answered any questions I had about the roof. We were actually selected for a free roof giveaway by Shane, himself, during December. I don't know of any other roofing who gives to their community like this. We were honestly apprehensive that maybe we wouldn't get the best quality since it was a giveaway, but boy were we wrong. We got a superior product, with a 15 year warranty. They made sure everything was done correctly by putting in extra vents we needed, and making sure our chimney wouldn't be leaking.

Tyson and his team did a great job on my parent’s roof! They were quick to respond with quotes and offered a variety of roofing. My parents live in a high wind area so the roof they picked out will help withstand that! The guys took 3 days. It was quick and efficient. Thanks Tyson!
